CCT - Clean City Tracking
CCT is an open “software as a service” solution where controllers and work teams can work in unision to identify locations that require their services.

WINDO – Back office monitoring and analysing tool
In WINDO controllers and analysts can follow up and analyse the field assignments. WINDO can feed to the Central Database real time progress on current tasks and there completion. It also records the identification of new locations that require their attention.

WinFA – Frontline tool for mobile users (Sanitation Work Teams)
WinFA is used by the Sanitation Teams to report their progress i.e. Photographs of the location, timestamps, GPS location, to the CCT System. All information becomes immediately visible to the controllers and other work teams when WinFA sycronises with the WINDO database.

New weapon against the graffiti

Med hjälp av en central enhet som styr entreprenörerna som har handdatorer för att göra polisanmälningar och rapportera om ur arbetet fortskrider ser Ulrika Österlund och Lotta Larsson till att 24-timmarsregeln följs. Det gör den till 90-95 procent.

New IT system speeds up the graffiti sanitation

I våras införde kommunen ett nytt IT-system som skyndar på saneringen av de fastigheter och anläggningar som kommunen äger och ansvarar för. Ett system som har gett omedelbara resultat.
