Vandalism is increasing disproportionally to all other crimes and currently costs Muncipital Authorities million of euros every year to repair. During the last 30 years the number of acts of vandalism recorded by Law Enforcement Agencies have trippled. Graffiti in particular is a scourge of our modern urban society.

The annual cost of cleaning and repairing acts of vandalism (graffiti, damage of public and muncipital properties) is enormous. It is imperative that Muncipital departments and Sanitation Companies plus Law enforcement Agencies have a system at their disposal that can quickly and effectively clean/repair damage and also analyse “hot spots” to try and develop counter measures, while optimising cost efficiency. For these reasons the CCT Solution was created.

• In many instances, subcontractors do not have the technology to adequately handle the huge amounts of data required by Muncipital Departments to process claims. Additional resources are needed by subcontractors to quickly identify assigments and provide accountable feedback of work undertaken and completed i.e. photographs, timesheets etc

• Local systems cannot communicate with each other in a cost effective manner. Currently information and data analysis is costly due to the use of multiple and manually intensive modes of communication – phone, fax, e-mail, CD and paper. These different communication channels make it difficult for police, central control personnel and subcontractors to coordinate their activities.

• The person who files the claim or the muncipital contact center has no possibility of handing over the exact geographical position where vandalism has occures to the subcontractor.This results in substantial and costly delays to contractors and muncipalities in locating the assignments.

It is against this background that CCT was developed to provide all parties within the whole process the ability to communicate, identify and resolve tasks with one solution package.
We call it ”Clean City Tracking System” (CCT).

CCT is a SaaS (Software as a service) solution where all parties have immediate access to the whole workflow process from initial identification of an assignment through to its completion. It is a transparent system that allows the cost bearer the ability to analyse KPI’s and SLA’s. It also allows law enforcement agencies to quickly identify potential “hotspots”.

The added benefit of CCT is that it does not require advanced software/hardware to be in the customer workplace to be immediately implemented.

The benefits of the CCT solution are irrefutable as shown by the sanitation companies that are currently utilising the solution. ROI data shows a saving of 20 hours per month per sanitation technican and an equal saving to a FTE administrator coordinating 8 technicans. A company with 10 technicans and 2 administration staff can achieve a minimum saving of 360 hours per month. This increased efficiency reduces costs and increased profitability.

The benefits to the contract provider (Municipalities) is that they can effectively monitor service level agreements and set out more cost effective Key Performance Indicators. It also allows for a more streamlined claim handling process and the ability to analyse in depth trends that are emerging (prevention policy).

The transition from :Net Framework 2.0 was a natural step that increased the effeciency within the development process by over 200%. All our software is compatible with Windows XP.
